The presence of couples unable to conceive is a problem that has grown in recent decades. Previously, this problem hardly existed and has surfaced a few years ago. About 15 percent of couples experience trouble conceiving each year, and that’s not all. The census is constantly growing.

Infertility is defined as the inability to conceive even after engaging in sexual activities without taking any precautions. It was claimed in a popular study by experts that on average, about 38 percent of the time men are responsible for the problem, about 52 percent of the time women are responsible, and in the rest of the cases, both sexes they are guilty.

However, technology has overcome even the greatest of problems and it is now possible for all couples to be blessed with their children. This article talks about the various solutions or ways that men can rule out the problem and be able to design.

1. Avoid Men’s Tight Underwear: First things first and it involves changing clothes. Men should stop wearing men’s underwear styles that can cause a lot of heat buildup there. As stated in many researches and studies, men’s underwear can cause problems and heat in the private parts. However, the only solution if you love underpants is to give your manhood time to breathe properly. Choosing other clothing styles like men’s thongs or trendy men’s jockstraps would be a better idea.

2. Reduce stress level: Stress is probably the biggest problem that both men and women face. It leads to all the newer problems including lower sperm count. “All work and no play makes Jack a boring boy”! This statement is so true in the modern concept where work takes most of the energy and time, and the moment you think of having fun; you are almost exhausted. Adequate sleep with a relaxed mind is all you need to reduce the stress of the day.

3. Refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol: Some of the most fashionable things/habits that are prevalent today among men and women are smoking and alcohol. According to one study, “men who smoke have 27% fewer sperm than men who don’t.” Likewise, alcohol raises the level of estrogen in the male body which negatively affects the sperm count. Therefore, refraining from these two habits will set you on the path to improvement.

4. Exercise regularly: Whether it’s for sperm count or your overall health; exercise is a very important part of your life. The more open your body is to exercise, the better your intimate organs will work. Exercising regularly would help you produce more testosterone which leads to higher sperm count. Make sure you enjoy the exercises you love and refrain from doing more than your body allows. This has adverse effects and causes testosterone deficiency.

5. Eat a lot and eat healthy: You must be wondering why these two contradictory statements were made together. Eating a lot would include all the junk food that has carbohydrates and fatty acids, which are supposed to be avoided. On the other hand, make sure you eat plenty of vegetables, fish and meat, eggs, cashews, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. These foods are rich in ingredients that will help your body function better and produce more sperm.

These are some of the many things you (men) can do to increase your sperm count. Apart from these, there are medical facilities, both homeopathic and allopathic, that can help you have a happy family.
